Diet alami dan sehat

Kebanyakan wanita sekarang rela melakukan segala hal untuk menurutkan berat badan, pada dasarnya wanita ingin menurunkan berat badan untuk terlihat ramping, seksi, terlihat cantik, dll. Untuk itu memiliki bentuk tubuh yang ideal adalah impian para wanita, namun tidak semua wanita memiliki bentuk tubuh yang seperti diinginkan.


Tenang saja disini saya akan membahas bagaimana cara diet yang sehat dan alami, karna banyak juga wanita yang mengalami stres akibat berat badan yang tidak mau turun, termasuk juga saya.hahaha...


Pola Makan Yang sehat
Pilihlah makanan yang sehat, artinya makanan yang dapat dicerna dan diserap oleh tubuh, seperti sayuran, buah buahaan, makanan yang berserat. Lakukan juga kebisaan makan dalam sehari hanya 2 kali sehari.Jangan sampai tidak makan sama sekali, karena itu malah membahayakan tubuh.


Olahraga yang Teratur
Olahraga secara teratur ini sangat penting, karena akan membakar seluruh kalori dalam tubuh teman - teman. Kalian bisa berolahraga seperti jogging, senam, berenang, dan bersepeda.


Pada saat makan jangan terlalu kenyang
Cara diet yang ini menganjurkan teman - teman  jika pada saat makan jangan terlalu kenyang dan sebisa mungkin kunyalah makanan dengan baik agar sari makanan lebih mudah terserap.


Lakukan secara bertahap
Lakukanlah hal diatas secara teratur dan bertahap. Selain itu teman - teman harus yakin bahwa berat badannya bisa turun


Nah..kalo teman - teman berniat untuk Diet tetapi tidak menyakiti diri sendiri, teman - teman bisa mencoba beberapa tahap di atas..Semoga berhasil yaa...

    what if you were to write a killer post title? I mean, I don't want to tell you how to run your blog, but suppose you added a headline to maybe grab folk's attention?
    I mean Diet alami dan sehat | Blog Punyaku is a little vanilla. You could glance at Yahoo's home page and watch how they create article headlines to get people to open the links. You might try adding a video or a picture or two to get readers excited about what you've
    got to say. In my opinion, it could make your blog a little bit more interesting.
